My work spans various genres including Factual, Childrens and Entertainment, but now has a focus on Documentary and Drama. I have edited BAFTA and Emmy award winning content and have a number of great British classics to my name, such as EastEnders, Bear Grylls Survival School, and Blue Peter. Although I often edit factual and documentary programmes for mainstream UK broadcast channels, I also enjoy working for smaller independents and on short films.
Recent documentary work has included Queens of Rap (Channel 4), Feature documentary White Lion (Pavillion Works), VICE World News and High Society series’, and Where Have All The Lesbians Gone? for Channel 4. I have just picture locked Handle With Care, a documentary about the children in care in the UK for ITV, and begun working on David Baddiel: Jews Don’t Count with Mindhouse Productions.
Recent short film projects have included microshort action thriller Barnstorm (Dir: James Owen, Arthrofilm), coming of age and identity themed Home (Dir: Ndrika Anyika, BFI/BBC), and a dramatic take on loneliness Disarm (Dir: Cristiane Ehrlich, Raindance).
I am represented by Sara at Sara Putt Associates (sara@saraputt.co.uk).
